Redbrook liquid flavoued emulsions are developed and manufactured by Redbrook. They are a uniquely formulated and concentrated flavoured emulsion designed for multiple product application.

Their formulation permits use in water or oil based products e.g. to impart a flavour profile into meat & poultry products the emulsion can be added to a brine for injection/tumble. It can be added at a low concentration within a recipe of oil based products such as sauces, marinades or butters etc….imparting the desired flavour profile.

Where possible, natural flavours are procured and used within emulsions assisting clean ingredient declaration products for our customers.

Product application utilising emulsions so far include: all protein categories – beef, lamb, pork, poultry and fish. Dairy and confectionery.
